These terms govern access to and use of etb.education, operated by EdTech Believers LLC ("ETB").
1. Acceptance
Use of the site implies acceptance of these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.
2. Nature of the Site
etb.education is an editorial site for tech-education research and consulting. Its content is informational and editorial in nature. It does not constitute:
- Binding legal, financial, or pedagogical advice
- A formal services proposal (proposals are issued separately, in writing)
- A SaaS product, educational platform, or automated commercial service
3. Intellectual Property
All content published on etb.education is the intellectual property of EdTech Believers LLC, unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The Las 10 Agénticas framework (MCA-10) and associated white papers are distributed under the Creative Commons Attribution–NoDerivatives 4.0 International license (CC BY-ND 4.0). This allows copying and distribution of the work as long as it is properly cited and unmodified.
Logos, trademarks, proprietary typefaces, and elements of the ETB visual system are reserved.
4. Academic Citation
Any academic reference to the MCA-10 framework should follow the format:
Núñez-Salgado, G. A. (2026). Las 10 competencias agénticas para Computer Science K-12: Marco pedagógico y validación metodológica [White paper]. EdTech Believers.
5. Permitted Use
Authorized:
- Reading and consulting site content
- Citation with attribution of material published under CC BY-ND
- Sharing links to the site without alteration
Prohibited:
- Commercial reproduction without written authorization
- Use of content to train generative AI models
- Mass automated scraping
- Identity impersonation or unauthorized use of the brand
6. Limitation of Liability
Content is provided "as-is." ETB does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the site or absolute completeness of published content. Institutional decisions based on this content are the sole responsibility of the decision-maker.
7. External Links
The site may link to external resources (white papers, tools, platforms). ETB does not control nor accept responsibility for the content of third-party sites.
8. Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of San Juan, Puerto Rico.
9. Changes
ETB may update these terms at any time. The "last updated" date above reflects the current version.
