ETB.education is operated by EdTech Believers LLC, a legal entity established in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This policy describes what information we collect through etb.education, how we use it, and the rights of individuals whose data we process.

1. Data Controller

2. Information We Collect

Through the contact form we collect:

• Full name
• Role or position
• Institution or organization
• Email address
• Inquiry type
• Free-form message

We also automatically record the source IP address and browser user-agent, solely for abuse prevention (spam and rate limiting).

3. Purpose

Form data is used only to:

• Respond to your inquiry
• Maintain the context of the exchange
• Internally document the evolution of the conversation if it advances to a formal proposal

We do not use data for automated marketing or unsolicited communications.

4. Third-Party Sharing

ETB does not sell or assign personal data to third parties. To operate the site we use the following providers as data processors:

• Supabase · database infrastructure · United States
• Resend · transactional email · United States
• Vercel · site hosting · United States
• Sanity · CMS · United States

Each complies with its own contractual data protection frameworks.

5. Retention

Contact form records are retained for a maximum of 24 months from the last interaction. After that period they are deleted or anonymized.

6. Rights

Any individual may request:

• Access to their data
• Rectification of incorrect information
• Erasure (right to be forgotten)
• Portability

To exercise any of these rights, write to hola@etb.education with verifiable identification. ETB responds within a maximum of 30 days.

7. Cookies and Analytics

The site does not use tracking or advertising cookies. We use Vercel Analytics in its cookieless mode, which records only aggregated site usage metrics without associating them with individual visitors.

8. Minors

Although ETB serves K-12 institutions, this site is directed exclusively to adults with executive responsibility —presidents, leadership teams, boards and faculty—. We do not collect data from minors through etb.education.

9. Applicable Jurisdiction

This policy is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico and, where applicable, by US federal law on educational data (FERPA), as well as by the data protection frameworks of the countries where visitors reside —including the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) when applicable—.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated. The "last updated" date above always reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated through the site.
